Recently a customer spent the evening in the emergency room after a plastic chair broke, throwing them to the ground flat on their back resulting in a concussion. Broken dishes were quickly swept away, as well as the broken chair. Then the restaurant was back to business as usual. IKEA has a responsibility to provide a safe environment for their customers.
